Project Manager

Position Objective

The Project Manager will fill an essential role at Brandish. As a part of a small but rapidly growing team, the Project Manager (PM) will ensure all projects run smoothly and that we exceed the needs and wants of our clients. This position will touch parts of each project from client relations to creative services, to project profitability.

The PM will receive guidance and direction yet should feel comfortable working independently and in taking direct feedback. The ideal candidate will successfully synthesize client requests into project briefs and manage the workflow of each project to completion.

The PM will act as the critical point of contact with each client and communicate their needs to the Brandish team, and the needs of the Brandish team, to the client. The PM will work closely with the Accounts Director to develop and maintain happy and healthy relationships with current and potential clients.

Key Accountabilities:

Project scoping and briefing

  • Determine project scope
  • Create comprehensive client and project briefs to share with the Brandish team.

B. Project Management

  • Manage creative services and agency partners to ensure all work is complete.
  • Manage timelines to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.

C. Project Profitability

  • Create and manage budgets per project to ensure profitability margins are met.

D. Client relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact with all clients from project inception to completion.
  • Represent the client's needs and wants as they pertain to the ongoing projects.
  • Represent Brandish team and philosophy of work when discussing projects with clients.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 1-3  years professional experience in an accounts and/or project manager role
  • Experience in a management or team lead role is considered an asset
  • Experience or education in finance or accounting is considered an asset

Tools, Equipment or Other Technical Abilities

  • Experience working in microsoft excel or google sheets
  • Experience working in Asana is considered an asset
  • Experience working in Quickbooks is considered an asset
  • Experience working on project budgets, or in developing product profitability models is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an asset
