At Brandish, the Account Manager (AM) collaborates on strategic direction for client initiatives, oversees day-to-day client initiatives, and nurtures client relationships. The AM works with every facet of Brandish in order to achieve client objectives. They are accountable for the quality of every activity within the agency associated with their book of clients.
The AM will receive guidance from the Director of Accounts but must be comfortable working directly with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships and ongoing work for the agency. The ideal candidate will successfully work with clients to determine their needs, set actionable objectives, and shepherd projects into and throughout the agency.
As an advocate for the client, the AM will work alongside each department (Strategy and Planning, Creative, and Projects) to ensure agency outputs are on-strategy and align with high level account objectives outlined at the beginning of each quarter. It’s the AM’s responsibility to kickoff the quarterly briefing process by creating comprehensive account plans that summarize all necessary strategic and brand considerations.
In addition to managing an existing base of clients, the AM will be encouraged and incentivized to create new relationships on behalf of the agency.
