Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Position Objective

The Office Manager/Bookkeeper is an important role as you’ll be helping make our work better by making our agency run smoother.

Excellent communication is what we do for our clients so we need you to be a great and confident at articulating yourself both in writing and verbally. Being organized, proactive with a positive solutions oriented attitude is essential.

Some of your responsibilities would be:

  • Tracking project expenses
  • Bill payments
  • Responding to vendor inquiries
  • Create and maintain reconciliations in a Spreadsheet
  • Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
  • Follow up with accounts receivables
  • Help with month-end process
  • Help with payroll and benefits
  • Coordinating travel and events
  • Light reception duties: greeting guests, shipping packages, filing, placing office supply orders etc.
  • Other duties as required

Experience and skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud apps
  • Experience with QuickBooks Accounting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and function under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
